I will not say that Haitians are lazy. They have made some surveys in America about Ethnic lazyness, Haitians are not on their list. Haitians own businesses and they are employed and not on welfare.

We cannot say that they are lazy or ignorant.

The problem that we are facing is this: Haiti is an oppressed country.

Our common oppressors are the international community and the Haitian elites.

The Haitian elites are oppressed by the Americans who deny them the rights to decide for their country.

They transfer that oppression on us by not creating jobs to help Haitians in Haiti.

This attitude makes Haiti become dependent on the international community and the Diaspora too. We don't call that lazyness we call it oppression.

That's this kind of figth that we need to fight so both American and Haitian elites can change their attitude toward Haiti.

I used to believe that it was racism based on our color and it is not. It is oppression and this starts first with America that keeps Haiti under its protectorate to better exploit its economic resources and this oppression has been transferred to the Haitian masses by the Haitian elites who are supposed to be our leaders.

Don't you see that the economic leaders do not talk on the Haitian media and they let only Haitian political leaders talk. We need to bring them on board so they can have their say of the oppression crisis that we are all facing...Haitians are not lazy my friend rather we are strong and resilient people who always and continue to believe in our self-determination rights to live as an independent country in the Caribbean Region.
