Toulimen, I believe America can help in many ways, but not if Haitian's continue to spread unfounded accusations about wild conspiracies in America to ruin Haiti.

The fact of the matter is that the entire g-20 would like to see Haiti prosper, but is wary of investing there because the money always simply disappears into bourgeoisie bank accounts.

There are many good things that America, and others can do for Haiti, but Haiti must change her attitude about it first, or money will simply continue to disappear like before.
