I am sorry that what I meant was understood by you differently than what I wanted to convey.

What I meant was new immigrants such Latin America, the Caribbeans, south East Asia and to a lesser degree Russians which constitute the new immigrants wave. Unlike the last immigrant exodus were being taught in their on language in their community; They have their own community Church, with their own people.

New immigrants did not have an incentive to learn because they did not have to. I did not mean to say that they don't want to learn English.But rather English was not required for them to live life in their newly adapted Country.

Every immigrant group have its own little enclave in Big City America.

They live side by side with other group but they live separately form one another..
