My name is Joseph Felio Junior, I am living in Miami since 2002, and I am an ex-haitian police officer of the 10th class.

I want to congratulate you as an hero like Mr Jean Jacques Dessalines and my favorite one Mr. charlotin Marcadieu.

You show the world that we are still alive, and there is hope. With the security features that you applied to stop the kidnapping, bring to your person more power, more trust and more honesty.

In your actions I see myself, because I was a very proffesionnal police officer, and I will be the next haitian police chief in the next couple years.

Now I am majoring in criminal justice, I want to be in the list of the haitin heros like you. Congratulation again Mr. president.
