I looked at the photo closely.

What I saw was a nurse or health care worker visiting with a child.

Here in the states it is customary for health care workers to wear plastic gloves when dealing with patients to keep from spreading diseases.

I understand your anxiety.

But rubber gloves by health workers is more about the patient than the health care worker.
