Tiba: Do you date white boys?

I agree with a lot of what you wrote but there does come a time when policies for the future need to be clearly spelled out. So far I see talk, talk about elections far off in the future and still no talk about what the new policies will be. It is true a person doesn't have to have a PhD to be a good leader but he does need to have ideas and policies.

The U.N. troops can't stay forever and its now time for them them leave.

You are an active woman so you should be able to play an active role to bring about the changes that are needed to get the ball rolling.

First there must be law and order not only for sake of peace of Haitians but to draw tourists and investments.

Of course, it is also the responsibility of the government to provide education and my policy is this should be done, for both boys and girls, in form of military school so kids will get basic education but at the same time they will be forming the new Haitian military.

Thats just one idea. I sure you have some other POLICY ideas and the issue of how popular someone is or if they are a popular singer or actor, etc. such things have never been considered to be qualifications for holding public office.

I honestly think for the sake of Haiti and its understandable with all the problems the people are not thinking rationally and one way to counter this is to put different policies for the future of Haiti to a vote then no matter who may be elected they will have to follow the policies.

Ideas about tourists somehow saving Haiti should be disregarded on the face of the suggestion because the entire world in still in a deep recession headed for a double dip recession so tourists are staying close to their homes and not even traveling to beaches in Florida who are constantly advertising trying to get them to come. Be bold and study the history of Haiti and as you study the past war between D.R. & Haiti which Haiti was winning until a "priest" told the brilliant Haitian general he should return to Haiti at once which he did and Haiti then lost the war that they were previously winning under the leadership of this General.

Maybe Haiti needs more women in the military this time around but let there be no mistake about it until Haiti has its own military and school system to educate and train the new military which will bring law and order to the country then Haiti will remain a poor and backward country when there is no need for it to be that way. Study the American policy known as "Manifest Destiny".

Haiti needs the same policy today and the Americans can't complain if you call it Manifest Destiny because thats the term they gave to the expansion of the U.S. from coast to coast and the best hope for Haiti is the liberation of the island.

An army and air force will be needed which is nothing new for Haiti because back in 1980s Haiti had an army and and an air force.
