Tiba, one thing that you need to know is this: Leaders are made and not born. All princes, kings, queens, philosophers and political leaders learn leadership skills before they became leaders.

You are right sometimes incompetent or unqualified leaders can do better stuffs for their countries if they have a good political entourage.

Soulouque, Dessalines and Antoine Simon were the best Haitian heads of State that Haiti ever had. Tiba, the UN troops cannot stay in Haiti forever and Haiti needs to have a well trained army to deal with banditism, terrorism as well as drug trafficking too.

Kidnappers are terrorists and we need a strong army to deal with them. I agree with you that we are the ones that brought foreign troops to our country and we should be ashamed of that. We need to restore trust and a well trained army and not one to resurface coup d'etats can help us achieve such a goal. Tiba, an army for Haiti is necessary and death penalty should be restored for criminal matters like in China to cope with drug trafficking in Haiti.

When China realizes that the United States was going to control them through drug activities and terrorists, they quickly passed laws to treat terrorist and drug traffickers as criminals and the punishment is death penalty by hanging and right now no one can use the China's territory for drugs and terrorists.

We need some kind of laws in Haiti to solve the drug problems and kidnapping in Haiti.

Remember, after the cold war came drugs and terrorists with the United States and they are the ones that made Haitians rebel against the death penalty.

We should bring that law back and no hypocritical country will use our territory for such activities.

As Reverend Jesse Jackson stated it in one of his political speeches this: "The United States needs to stop destroying Haiti and that's all the Haitian people want..."
