difference between gang leader ougan?

Mr. President:
I want to start by congratulate you for all that you're doing for my country.

I admire you by your courrage, and your honesty.

I trutly believe you are a patriot and the country will be in good with you as the comander in chief.

Your're doing an excelent job as far as security, I know and everybody knows where you took the cowntry.

But Mr. President, I have some concerns that I want share with you. My concerns, Sr, come from those people who are using sorcery to kill. Yes, Mr. President, to Kill!!! I sincerely believe there is no difference between these people and those gangs leaders who are killing with guns. How many people or kids are suffering cause a close relative was kill by an ougant?.

So many kids can't go to school because their mom or their dad was a victim those ougant who are using the magic in the bad way. I trutly think Haiti can not go forward if the governmemt and the parliament do not regulate the use of the magic Haiti.

I know so many people who would love to come to their cowntry to creat jobs, but are affraid to go because of that reason.

I don't think it is going to be easy to result this problem, but I believe there is a way.How many people weretrying to open a business in their area but were killed because of the jalousy of the neighbor?Mr. president, do you think the will go anywhere with a practice like that. I don't ask to chase all the ougans.

No, it not what I mean. I'm not against any religion.

But the ougans will need to use it in a right way. A way to cure not to kill. This was my opinion, Mr President, that I wanted to share with you. Cause Sr., I'm a victim, I lost my mom when I was ten. after the good Lord she was my furtur.

If it wasn't for the will of God I wouldn't be where I'm today.

I know so many young people like me who did not have the chance.

And those people are in the streets doing all king of things They are the one those gangs leaders usedto creat this unstable country that we have today.

My question is Mr President, can someone kill by the manner of using a ougan but not with a gun?

Is this the law in Haiti?

I think most of the nation would agree with me they both the same.And what about the image of the country, what the world will think of us?

I re member watching online and a friend of mine told me he saw it in CNN they were showing a beef half human and half animal tey found in the street of Haiti, close to Cite Soleil.the storysaid it was a person they were changing throught a beef but they did not have the chance to finish with the transformation cause to many people were coming so they kill it and left it in the street.This is such a bad image for the country.

Do you think any person with money will invest in a coutry like that. Those reasons are why the investiser Americans went to invest in St Domingue and other country in carribean rather then Haiti.This is what i had to say. I hope I don't lost all my time for no reason.
