Tiba, Aristide is the one we should nail into a cross upside down first before cleaning his mess he creates in Haiti.

The new Prez have so much to accomplish,5 years is not enough, we need to work harder to support him.

Hi Tiba, I liked some of your proposals, however, I'm with the pastor on this. If there are no penalties people will keep stealing the money given to them for projects. Every cent should be accounted for, or severe punishments should follow. Just l > >
