The prisons we going to build are to keep the poor in their place .Construction of secondary schools and universities should be discouraged, delayed and restricted.

The private sector should be in charge of such school.

We have too many Haitians philosophers and historians.That's why we needs more prisons, more sports stadiums, to deflect their attentions and energies to less dangerous activities such as basketball, soccer,crickets and football.

We need to built churches in every block to keep the people busy with spiritual and afterlife preocupations.This will deflect their preoccupation from politics and potential revolution.

We need to expands the entertainment industry by facilitating the construction of night clubs in every blocks, casinos in every ten blocks.

Alcohol and drugs should be available at very low price so the average Haitians will become apolitical.The end result will be a peaceful Haiti, less social turbulence.
