Francois Duvalier had instituted that brown elite to compete with the old mulatto aristocracy, but that stupid eliminated true Creole people in replacing them by those dirty Arabs to make Haiti become the poorest country on earth.

I am aware of everything that Mews, Saliba, Castera, Brown, Beaussan, Biggio, Accra, Brandt and Baker had discussed with Bill Clinton in that rebuilding process, but believe me those pigs will leave Haiti soon. We claim an open economy with strong competition within the Haitian market, administrative reforms and educational reforms as well in that rebuilding process and if they cannot be implemented the brown elite will have to go.
