Montresor 2011 National Emergency Plans for Haiti

To My Fellow Haitians and Friends,

Saturday, January 30, 2010

I Present to You Haiti National Emergency Solution Plans.

Please don't allow destructions and confusions to deter our focus while the enemy seeks to divide, and demean us as a Nation.

It is unfortunate for us Haitians to feel, hear, and experience all of these shameful hardships due to our leader's lack of management, and proper decision making skills in times of crisis.

As your future President I would have set in place a new government structure with a well detailed plan by executive order to run the country as if nothing ever happened within less than an hour of the crisis.

Here are ten key decisions of what I would have done for example:

1- I would have declared a state of emergency for the entire country.

2- I would have called on all Haitian General Ambassadors world-wide to return to Haiti immediately by executive order within 24hrs.

3- I would have set a national and international press conference to address the Haitians people and foreign interest in Haiti and abroad.

4- I would have moved all women and children without husbands or parents to a special camp.
5- I would have placed all the elderly people and husband, wife, children family unit on a different camp for emergency help.
6- I would have kept all single individuals from age 18 and up to serve as rescuers and aid in distributions etc
7- I would have assigned each camp with spiritual and proper leadership security to help and provide for the needs of the people.

8- I would have ordered all food supply donations to be delivered in Cap-Haitien and transported by smaller air planes, boat, and trucks.

9- I would have ordered all medical supplies and medical donations to be delivered in Port-au-Prince Airport.

10- I would have requested respectable body bags and place all dead bodies with numbering counts for peaceful rest, and have one major state funeral with a monumental mass grave for love ones to put closure with their dead family members.

As I silently observed our leaders, waiting patiently to find out what our current leaders had decided to do next. Preval and the Prime Minister (government) failed us at all levels and they should willingly resign without negotiation, and let someone who is capable to rule the country.

Simple as that.

For years I have prepared and set my plans in front of you, trying to inform you of the changes that needed to take place in Haiti.

Although we could not prevent the quakes that have happened, we could have been better prepared.

Now is the time to put pressure on our leaders for change.

Not a pressure of violence, but of hope, and with peace.

For we cannot change the past or history, but we do have the power, and strengths to change and take control of our future.

We need and deserve more. Should you the Haitian people ever place the call on me I am prepared and ready to help, educate, serve you, and help our Haiti Cherie move forward because I felt it is my duty to standup and fight against the lack of intelligence thereof.

Let's rebuild Haiti for all Haitians!!

God Bless!
