Petithomme, that's a pretty good idea, but a president with no administrative power cannot do that. Preval has political power, and the mulattoes have all administrative powers in Haiti.
To create or open any business, one will need money and where the money will come from?
From the Haitian administration, but black presidents never get administrative power to change stuffs around.
The mulattoes as possessing classes in Haiti should not be in the Haitian administration to control all Haitian economic resources and who keep stealing money?
They are the ones that keep stealing money for over 206 years.
We must kick them ou of all public institutions to implement reforms.
If mulatto CEOs of the Haitian administration were good, Haiti would not in such a terrible situation.
President Preval should finish his term and go retire himself in the country.
We should elect a new provisional government with qualified and competent from the Haitian Diaspora to manage all economic resources.
We will come up with a new administration to end corruption and implement reforms in Haiti.
The international community should hire volunteers to do the jobs within a provisional government to rebuild Haiti.
They should only allow them some fees just to put gas in their cars and run around.
Create a place for them to go to eat while they are creating a social basis for the new services in Haiti.
Haiti has no money to pay people who are willing to make money, but if anyone wants to help as a volunteer in the new provisional government after the end of preval term that person can send his or her CV to the United Nations to help. We will be a new system to replace the crooks of Haiti and the new president will political and administrative power so they will have no puppet presidents and everything will be alright.
I am taking notes and I will forward your request to the president this week. Just hope.
