Mr. President if you have a chance reading this message.

Here is what you have to do for the country that I love very dearly.

You need to reopen the military academy so that young Haitians can have back their values and pride.

there is no where to go after High school.

University we don't have enough only for the few best student in the country.

I was a kid i remember 18th of November Vertieres in Cap Haitian I was proud when I saw men marching celebrate their the defeat of the Napoleon army.
we're supposed to be the proudest black people on earth.

If you reopen the military academy Mr. Preval, it will be a source of jobs and security for the country.

if the country is safe there will be more tourists more businesses will be created and the country will take off.
