Haiti owes all of that money to: World Bank, IMF (International Monetary Funds), US, France, Canada.

There are loans Haiti took out from these countries and financial institutions.

For a very longtime, Haiti has been paying $ 3 million a month on interest alone.

Two years ago, US and these financial institutions had forgiven the total debts for many countries except Haiti.

Debt forgiveness is something that happens for a lot of countries but Haiti.

That could explain one of the proof of the malicious conspiracy theory intent of these countries and finacial institutions to sink Haiti down the bottom of the ocean floor.
