Pertaining to Anything with two heads is a monster, Minustah is there because of the guy name Aristide followed by Preval whom have no idea on how to lead a nation however Preval is the Haitian Prez not Bill Clinton?

when bill clinton was president he gave some rice donations to Aristide for the Haitian people then the rice was sold back to the Haitian dog food manufacturers in Haiti who then send it back to the USA to be sold at Wal****mart****that money was then move to private banks to USA and Haitians who got paid under the table.
