You try to ammend the way you suggest it and you have a popular riot of the style of the Hanger riot of last year which brought down Alexis' Government.

In addition, it is clear under the Current Constitution provisions, President Preval could by no means benefit of any change set forth by his Administration.

Finally, Tiba, you are technically asking Preval to become a dictator and, despite all the bad intention we are attributing to him, I dont think he really want to become a dictator!
