I have heard these acclamations for years now. We all know Haiti does, in fact, have oil and extremely rich in gold, and yet, we're still the poorest in the western hemisphere.

Have you noticed that you mentioned only the intention of the master to build bridges, highways, and rafinary, etc...

there is nowhere you mentioned the Haitian involment and leadership, which means to me Preval has given all the national resouces to his masters.

Do you really think the Haitian people can wait for another 25 years before they can see any amelioration from these projects?

Do people buy this propaganda crap?

Since when Preval and his cronies had the competence, the know-how, and the brain power to negotiate in a way that would really benefiting Haiti and its citizens?
