I just don't understand how someone who seems as intelligent as you do can continue to believe that Preval and his thieving government have any progressive plans for Haitians.

Notice that I did not say for Haiti.

It is very possible that if we have the resources that you mention, than there is a chance that there will be some changes in Haiti.

However, I can guaranty you that it will not be change that will benefit the poor people.
