Can you please calm down! you are not saying anything new here. We all Haitians knew the story all too well.

Since Preval came into office in March of 2006, his government has received more money from the master than any past government and more than the entire caribbean nations put together.

The international was there under the Duvaliers, the US was backing and is still backing the current government.

Beside, Preval asked for the international military to take over Haiti in order to provide him security, while he is being a house slave and an uncle Tom.

Of course, there is a parliament.

You did not want Haiti to have a parliament?

Are you saying because there is a parliament therefore Preval's hands are tight beind his back and cannot do anything?

This is where the competence,, the know-how, and the wisdom come into play. It is Preval job to use his brain to learn how to play the parliament in order to get his plans and programs pass through the parliament.

All countries on the planet do have a parliament as a branch of the government.

All government come with 3 branches that are: the execitive (the president), the parliament, and the judicial branch.

If Preval knew he could not do the job, he should have stayed home drinking tafia as usual all day and all night.
