you cannot compare Preval and Jean Claude.

Jean Claude have everythinhs for himself when he was president, what ever he said goes, nobody cannot said otherwise, The US back him in everything.

Now Preval has the Parlement to stop what he want to do. The Minustha is there to control him the Us consulat is there too and there no money flow as it was when Jean Claude was there and the old army is there too to create panic.

So there is no comparaison between these two.
