I hope that God answer your prayer, but if you really believe only an Harvard graduate will take Haiti to the promise land, let me just remind you that Georges W. Bush, too, went to Harvard.

Oh, by the way, the guy who is the 9th big time billionaire of Great Britain, a business icon, (can't remember his name, sorry) has just presented a bold plan to invest billion of dollars on a green energy plan, only has an high school education, and according to him, he still doesn't know how to balance his check book.
