mr president before I go any dtail I want to introduce myself my name is luckenssy delva born and raise in haiti, i left haiti in 1981 to reside in ny since then i made severals trips in haiti when so called ex-president mr zote was in power [mais hellas] and also big shame to what this stupid did to our beautiful country called [la perle des antilles] maybe he did not know the value of such this beautiful country i'm glad that he's out and should be for good. ok mr president i would love you to understand the value of our haiti and i ask you to see the needs of the poors how much they're suffering even though you can not help everyone but do not let those around get richer while the majority can not even survive.

mr president i know that you're a smart and understanding type, but see others that are that far as are close.

we needed a man like you right after duvalier but we did not have that chance but i would like you to do the max that you can do to reincarn our country, i beg you and i pray good to give health and faith to govern our country to a different atmosphere, i know you have more unconscous people around you then conscous.
