Preval needs to talk to the Diaspora

The President must speak in his own voice, ask the Diaspora to ship food to a particular address where he can distribute to certain neighborhoods in the country.

Millions of Haitians in USA, FRANCE, CANADA and else where...

together we can solve this problem in a short time.

Preval doesn't address any concern to the citizens living outside the country.

It's better communicating with us than any other government on planet earth.

We're the children of Haiti.

Provide with a sure address and foods are coming in quantity.
