Mr. Rosemberg,

The best way to decentyralize our country is through many grassroot organizations start from local to national level.

We need to come with an Emergency Releif Plan to ease up hunger in Haiti.

But first of all our brothers and sisters should be able to obtain national citizen ID card that can be used or approve for any tansaction that requires identification.

therefore, i proposition to all concerned Haitians to put hand together to have the work done.

our generation have challenges to overcome.

we did it before we can do it again.
