Corruption is rampant within the government of Haiti.

The Preval/Alexis administration has not pursued the criminals aggressively because a lot of its members benefit from the drug trade.

I know this is a very big accusation to make, but it's true, a lot of them are getting their shares from the drug trade.

That's how Aristide got most of his 800millions.

When those criminals sell drugs to students, Haiti in general loose out. I am all for killing all those vermin and selling their bodies for a profit.

Recycle the trash.

Open some schools with the money.

Haiti do not have the money to keep those rabid dogs in jail.
