Let's bring Haiti to its peaceful atmosphere

Dear president Preval.

I heard about you. And I'm pretty sure that you'd like to turn Haiti to a secure ans prosperous land.
We also understand that those that are instituating and encouraging insecurity in the country are true terrorists.They forget that the country is ours. no matter our trouble we should at least no what we can and cannot do to this little country.

What could be the reason for someone to implant a such atmosphere of terror to that country.

At least if someone feel mistreated, create an atmosphere of insecurity is not the sollution.

Talking that way that doesn't mean we have no idea who's hand is behind it....He's going to make a terrible mistake and you know...

" Now we'd like the president and the houses in haiti to take this in consideration.

We re going to propose to you a very effective way to bring Haiti back to it's primary atmosphere of peace.:
and that, only if only you apply this proposition:Proposition:
Work together to come with some new laws where everyone I say everyone in the country to get a valuable Identity Card with picture and finger print.

give everyone the possibility to get one. everyone should get up to 6 months, three months or else to get that done. if any one is found without it he'll be subject to be questionned, pay a fee for having not obey the law.If that same person is found a second time without it, prison and higher fee.
That card could be renewable.

I don't have to give you details how that will help.and that's the key to stop any type of crime.

If the card will cost nearly 10 dollars make it $20.

the difference will contribute to fix road or elses.

I heard about you President Preval.

Unfortunately we cannot work together, ten like you would make a difference.

I hope one day I 'll meet you.
