Electricity for the rupublique of Haiti

MONSIUER LE PRESIDENT
As a Haitian Americain i have done a lot of reading concerning Electricity.

I have an idea why not asking the French Gouverment for help for electric in Haiti.

France is a major power for producing Nuclear electricity if they will help to build one that will speed up your effort to
develop Haiti.

in isareal they are very advance in solar power why not asking for help
