Max Johnson Fgb says...

The more I thought about our situation as a people, the more I realized that we have to get back to our roots and learn from history.

The founding fathers taught us that there is strength in unity.

It is in fact our national motto.

When the american negro was faced with so much prejudice that he realized that he has to unite with his brother to survive, then the winds of freedom started to blow. Organizations like the NAACP started to use this country's laws to protect and defend the negro.

I believe that, as a people, we are in dire need of such organizations.

The government of our country is so weak and so dependent on foreigners that it can't or won't do anything to defend and protect our citizens.

Therefore, it is to our best advantage to come up with OUR OWN ORGANIZATION to defend us.
The Jews have the Jewish Anti-Defamation League and several other groups.

A persecuted people needs to stand up against its persecutors in order to be able to survive.

We need such an organization.

We need an organization with strong, top-notch lawyers who will make people pay a price for attacking us.
I am happy to say that this organization will see the day in the next few weeks or months.

I hope all Haitians will support it.
God bless!!!

Like everything else about our society,we've managed to fail to organise at every level.I am at a loss for words, because, I see nothing in the light for an effective change in the near future. God bless Haiti and it's people. Taylor. > >

It is OK, Linda. I understand and sympathize with your anger. Enough is enough! Someone said that history continually repeats itself. The actors might be new, the scenery might be slightly different, but the basic situation remains the same. Don' > >

I'm in complete agreement with you! It is now our government’s responsibility to wage a good PR campaign to address this issue. The president can afford to hire with public money some qualified lawyers in scientist to stop the "scientific... > >

Hey Max, Don't forget everytime we mention our ancestors, like Toussaint etc...the world becomes "madder" at us, if you allow me to use this word. They don't want to hear this story again like: we're the first black, bla, bla, bla. That's why every > >

How about Du Bois's talented 10--for Haitians. As I do not believe in appropriating already existing models, I use Du Bois only as a lead to say that I think we should start our own Think Tank, but one that would be structured to meet Haitian needs. > >
