French President Visit?

As I recalled in the declaration of independence of Haiti, Dessaline swore "eternal enmity to France"
Therefore no French president should ever set foot on Haitian soil under any circumstances! Regardless if it's a Sarkozi, cacazi, foolishzi, nearcrazy etc. etc. They can send us some EUROS
other then that the hell with those bloodsuckers!
