All they need is a foot in. Did you forget they sent Lecler and Rochambeau with a secret mission to kill all Haitians over twelve years of age and all Mulatto that had served in the military which was a lot considering military service was mandatory.And to kill all Black military leaders.

The Belgium King Leopold systematically killed 10million Africans from the Congo region don't think 8million people cannot just vanished! We can have good relations with Canada instead and read books from our own intellectuals.
