It's been a little while since I came to this site and it is good to hear from you. I was a little surprised however by your last post. Do you really think the Macoutes scare the Dominicans?

Be real, my friend! The strentgh of all past paramilitary and military Haitian force was on unarmed citizens.

The Haitian army was before all an occupation army created by the Americans after their invation of Haiti.

Its generals were almost all corrupted and worked for the CIA. Realistically, they couldn't fight the smallest army in the Caribbean.

Forget about the Dominican army which is equipped with fighter planes, tanks and all kind of modern weaponry.

Sincerely, my friend, the Macoutes or the Haitian army wouldn't last a second.
