I was pleased the other day to see someone mentioning the responsability that our representative abroad must assume towards our Country.

I was in Germany recently and was talking to a group of engineering studentin Braunschweig Germany on how to come down there in Haiti and generate some electricity.

There was great enthusiasm about it.
But those who work in our Consulates and Embassies are not a bit interested in obtaining some thing for our Country.but in running out with some rejected Putain
The Government of Haiti must change the way it nominates its Embassadors and Consular workers.

They must realize and understand that they are working for Haiti but not to let their friends and parents know that they are Consuls, Embassadors or else.
In every Haitian Embassy there must be knowledgeable persons and dedicated representatives capable of presenting Haiti and gain every thing that is available for Haiti.

Germany is a rich Country wiling to help but we must convince them that when we obtain help that the help will not be stored at the Mews and Brandt Compnany and stolen diverted or resold to Mali or Congo or else
I know what Iam talking about
