I am reading some very passionate statements about the Army.Iam happy because no matter how moribund our nation is some of us are adamant that it die not.And that is hope
To take part in this debate, you must consider some scientific parameters such as Finances, Security, National Budget and less not least the National benefit.

What will this Army bring to us that the National Police can not give us?

Or what are the limits of the National Police
