Retour de Duvalier/ Duvalier's return

Je me demande vraiment pourquoi Jean-Claude Duvalier est retourné en Haïti actuellement.

C'est peut-être une question stupide, je ne connais rien à la situation d'Haïti mais j'apprécierais que quelqu'un m'éclaire...

I wonder why Duvalier went back to Haiti recently.

It might be a simplistic stupid question, as I do not know about politics and financial historical complexities of Haiti, but I would appreciate if anybody takes time to share his/her opinion to enlighten my understanding of the situation,
