My fellow citizens, here how White Pimpinism works in America.

Whites are cities managers and administrators, school teachers, police officers, judges and congressmen and congresswomen in most concentrated black communities in America.

They are getting paid to do nothing and they are corrupting all black employees working with them. For instance, in those black schools they do not care for black children and they are teaching them nothing.

Now many got fired under the Obama's administration and the republicans will bring them back to continue the Pimpinist Vicious Cycle in black communities.
