Thousands of lives have been saved in Haiti thanks to papa Preval.

Preval reestablished the diplomatic ties with Cuba. That allowed the Cuban doctors to help the poor Haitians in the country side because if you don't have large sum of money they will not see you at Canape Vert Hospital.
