An Opened Message to All Haitians!!

Dear People of Haiti Thomas,

The time has come to finally realize that "jwet se jwet, kakajam pa ladan." I have reached my ending point of defending Haiti Quisqueya or bohio.

I can't do it anymore, and I am giving up because I ran out of time and energy.

As painful as it may be and as shameful as it may be, it is time that we, Haitians, come to the conclusion that we cannot really govern ourselves and start finding another alternative for Haiti "IF" we really love and care for our country, Haiti.

There is no need to keep our grip tight on power when we're really causing more and more damage and distruction to the country in order to protect our ego and the so-called pride.

To my people, I am suggesting an alternative in order to save what's left of our country, our Haiti cherie.

I propose that Haiti returns to be a French colony once again.

I know it's a hard proposotion but we need to be realistic to notice that we cannot save Haiti.

Once France takes over, there will be a new constitution that will call for totally a new government system and perhaps having a new military as well.
1) There will be ONLY a prime minister elected by the people for 4 years.

2)There will be a governor elcted for each of the 9 departments for 4 years.

Each governor will have "some" autonomy running their respective department as they see fit. Each department will have their own police force, and provide services to their population and keeps some of the taxes and fees as revenue while competing for central government's grants, etc...

3) Except for the high court/supreme court, all judges will be elcted in order to keep the judicial system independent in order to have a fair and balance judicial system

4) The will be a complete/total school system revamp to reflect the French's and evantually able to compete with the rest of the world in this global economic.

5) Dual citizenship will be the law of the land and parliament will pass no law to change that ever.

6) All Haitian citizens, Haitians with dual citizenship status, and any French person should earn the right to run for any public office they so envision to.

7) All Haitians and those who got kicked out of the country and sent into exile should feel comfortable to come back to their country, Haiti Thomas.

If this plan is carried out, I guarantee you all and the world there will be a new Haiti and a prosperous Haiti in five (5) years.

And with that, the world will never be the same again because there will not be Haitians to clean up their toilets again and wash their dishes ever again.

Now, I know many of you are already hiperventilating about my suggestion.

I am asking you all to please take your medication as precribed, sit down for a moment and chill.

It's been 206 years and this is the best we have done for the country.

I know many of you would prefer to have the United States to take over Haiti instead of France and i understand that, but why?

I picked France instead because we, Haitians, have already established a history with the French.

We share the language, the culture, the cuisine, etc...therefore, we are in a much better position to understand each other better than we could with the Americans.

Beside, the United States is 75% responsible for Haiti's fall down. Furtheromere, take a look at the inhuman treatmnet Haitians are getting from the Americans.

They treat Haitians like sh8t, do you really think US will do anything for Haiti?

Well this is my suggestion and I expect some intelligent argument/conversation back and forth from thos of you who care to talk about this proposition.
