It is very sickening when I see such accusations directed at the American government.

The very thought that the American government may be directly or indirectly involved in the kidnapping rings in Haiti is by far the sickest conspiracy theory ever concocted in civilized time. If you want to stop the kidnappers, start asking those who have been caught who their employers are. Offer them immunity, protection and other perks in exchange for valuable information.

It's not like I just reveal an epiphany here. Most informed people in Haiti and particularly in the Haitian government know this. The reason this method has not used is because it will incriminate some big fishes in both the Haitian government and the Bourgeoisie.

Stop blaming people for your failures.

It you can't take care of yourselves, bring the French back to do it for you.
