I second that motion.

You're right!
This is what I have been trying so hard to get across.

Preval and all of his predecessors don't really care about the Haitian people.

They can care less whether Haitians die or live specially during a natural disaster.

I am wondering if they don't have a little party celebrating the death of as many Haitians during a natural disaster, in bus acidents, or in sinking boats trying to reach Florida or the Bahamas.

I remember Jean-Claude Duvalier responding one time to the Bahamian authorities'call to get his Haitian citizens who got caught making it to the Bahamas illegally.

His response was "I (Jean-Claude) don't have any Haitian citizens outside of the country", he then ordered the Bahamian authorities to do as they see fit with those Haitian detainees.

That was the begining of the darkess time for Haitians around the world.
