It is so interesting to see a feeble mind, a retarded analyst with a limited knowledge in law, and a profound ignorance of world history is trying to rewrite a well known and accepted historical fact.

This useless and baseless claim would not be a discussed here if you consulted al least any dictionary to find the definition of the terms COLONY, or Colonization!
A colony is defined by Webster as "A region politically controlled by a distant country...A territory settled by a group of emigrants who remain subject to or closely connected to their original country".

Therefore, "Colonization or colonization occurs whenever any one or more species populates a new area. The term colonization is derived from the Latin word "colere" which means "to inhabit, cultivate, frequent, practice, tend, guard, respect,"[1] originally related to humans.

Thus, colonization refers to the establishment of settler colonies, trading posts, and plantations with your own population...

(encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/col...

History: In the 1640s French officials from Saint Kitts managed to establish their authority over the French "boucaniers"(rootless men who sold leather and smoked meat...to passing ships"..." It was until 1697 that Spain formally recognized the Western part of Hispaniola as a French colony by the Treaty of Riswick and called it St-Domingue, actually Haiti.

With a land area ten times larger than Martinique and Guadeloupe combined, Saint Domingue would become the Caribbean's largest slave plantation colony by the middle of the eighteenth century.

Nevertheless, the colony retained a distinct identity as the most violent, as well as the most valuable, of France's New World possessions (History 1450-1789: French Colonies: The Caribbean, from answers.com/topic/the-caribbean-2).

..

"Prior to the Seven Years' War (1756-1763), the economy of Saint-Domingue gradually expanded, with sugar and, later, coffee becoming important export crops.

After the war, which disrupted maritime commerce, the colony underwent rapid expansion.

In 1767, it exported 72 million pounds of raw sugar and 51 million pounds of refined sugar, one million pounds of indigo, and two million pounds of cotton.[1] Saint-Domingue became known as the "Pearl of the Antilles" -- one of the richest colonies in the 18th century French empire.

By the 1780s, Saint-Domingue produced about 40 percent of all the sugar and 60 percent of all the coffee consumed in Europe.

This single colony, roughly the size of Maryland or Belgium, produced more sugar and coffee than all of Britain's West Indian colonies combined.

There are so many references on line and in books depicting the Haiti, formerly St Domingue as a French Colony.

Now saying that colonization never occurred is an absolute absurdity and is the product of an absolutely absurd mind!

MR "Analyst", find another interesting topic, this kind of discourse will not alleviate the suffering of the Haitian people.

Come up with some solution.

This is not the time for vain discourse or Philosophy, or stupid "analyze", but the time for productive ideas and actions.

Now can care less about the fact that Haiti was colononized by the French or not. Stop your vain discourses!

You are the one indeniably confused. This time your analyze is not "logique"
