Yes, indeed because of that much time in their hands a male gets enough time to go Girl chasing or a girl gets to walk around flaunting and strutting their stuff which encourage a guy to pursue them around and the rest is up to the imagination to see where I am going with this.

I agree with you and I used to ask myself the very same question as well as it is easy for someone who is not in their position to see the obvious; but those people who are actually in that position figure they have to live live and they fall in love, desire and urge for sex and companionship just as someone who has the money to afford to, in fact more so since they already have nothing thus you see where I am going with this...

You see that everywhere also in America that when you go to Projects, or Urban areas populated with foreigners who tend to have more children than their supposedly tight budgets.

Haiti is no different, in fact it will happen more in those Countries of under-developed economy and third world like like Haiti, Somalia, The Caribbean and to include several poor African Countries.
