If President Preval is a drunk, an incompetent, a self enriching, criminal, what are they waiting for to IMPEACH HIM. Help him out the door please.

He has over 81 millions dollars to help him live happily ever after.

I am positive that Prime Minister Alexis (although he has some fault) was the fall guy for Preval the incompetent drunk.
