down with this negotiation tactics

It is very irritating to hear you say that we should negotiate with these criminals.

These criminals have no sense of honesty, morality or respect for life. They will not keep their own words.

You keep saying we negotiated with Raoul Cedras, Toto Constant ect...

But it wasn't just negotiation these guys were also pressured.

One keeps doing something when it works.

Preval has been in office for more than 8 months now. In all that time this disgraceful negotiation process has not worked.

As soon as he gets back from Cuba and is fully recovered, he needs to come up with a better plan.That's why i never supported him, he seems too nonchalant and careless.
