Okay guy,

I left Haiti a very very long time ago which by that I am saying I know not much french.

However, correct me if I am wrong; it appeares that you agree that it needs to be re-instated, yes or no and from my comprehension of little of what I understood in what you said, what is your stance on that idea?

This idea is a suggestion I strongly believe in and I wanted to show in light how it could help in Haiti's situation and economical struggle which is devastating me each day.
