My list for Haitian people.

As far as I'm concerned there are no Haitian leaders.

No real Haitian Government exists in Haiti since the fall of Duvalier.

1. Reformation of Government.

Replacement of so called national leaders by a team of progressive, EDUCATED, visonary Haitians.

The true non-uncle tom, non sell out- aristide lavalas government.

2. Evacuation of United Nation troops.

3. Creation of VSN style military state police.

Created by the people not by a single regime like Papa Doc.

4. Nationalization of all private banks, industries and property of the land.

5. Through a supverised tax system and direct collaberation with Haitian diaspora generate funds to build infrastructure.

6. Re-innovate Peligre Dam, removing silt from Peligre lake. With proper maintmence and building of hydro eletric factories electrity shall be distributed amongst the nation.

The dam could be used to irrigate the nation supported by canals.

Also solar energy in nation like Haiti will put enrgy demands away. With no big demand on energy we could replant our forest.

7. The national cultivation of Haitian agriculture.

We shall grow all of our food, use our own water and make our own cemet.

Haitian industries owned by a people's government.

8. National improvment of roads and highway system and other infrastructure.

Destruction of ALL BIDON-VILLE.

Bidon-Ville like under Papa Doc made illegeal.

Government like under Papa Doc shall build modern government housing projects for finacially challenge.

9. Free education and Health.

WE shall make education and Health our top priority like Castro did for Cuba.

10.Solidifying a strong pro-Haitian educated Socialist state.

There is still a progressive educated class in Haiti that can and shall bring about change to our nation.

I call an end to those oppurntunist uneducated lavalas.

We shall reclaim our land from the UN and USA. We shall bring about the days of a clean orderly Haiti where the president was strong.

WE had our military proud not taking any mess from the USA. The 14 golden years of PAPA DOC. However with the progression of time we complete the revolution building not a regime however great it was, for one person but establishing a great people's state that shall last. A Haiti for the people.

A society where education is there for the people to florish without any persecution.
