education - judicial system

Excellence,

I am asking to stress on two things for the country: education and better judicial system.

I think that the death penalty shall be reinstalled if it has been abolished in this country that cannot afford itself to have many incarcerations.

As for education, it is a sine qua non for good democracy.

Only educated people can understand what is democracy and gain much benefit of it.
