I' am not not a travel agent; I am just trying to bring out the best of Haiti.
If we want to encouraged tourists, and haitians in Haiti or abroad to visit Haiti, we must show them we have something good and beautiful.
Eco-tourism is something we must exploit.
Our leaders sit on their A-- and wait for "donations" and loans from other country instead of improving our infrastructures to attract tourism.
In the late 60's and 70's, Haiti was the favorite destination for tourist.
Port-au-prince and Cap-Haitien were the envy of many other Islands.
I am looking for Info on the famous " Grottes du Dondon et de la Voute a Minguet".
I heard they are also wonderfull caves, that should be exploited as tourist attractions.
I see how the local in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, make millions from visitors attracted to the "Forbiden Cavern".
Folks, I am telling You, If the haitian government use common sens and spend some money to exploit our natural attractions, the lives of our fellow citizens will improved.
But they are posessed by the demons of power and greed.
They are infected by the virus of corruption.
They focus only on election, more election and donation.
I wish God could strike their hands in the cooky jar!!! Our present government is making effort to weed out corruption and focus on people with questionable wealth.
Fine, but why targetting people with money, arrest them and thand them to the americans who believe that any body in Haiti who can afford a nice house is a drug trafficker.
When will they stop " fe ti sousou, souflannchou, et Restavek".
Oh boy, let me shut up before i lose it...again!!!
