Are we talking about babydoc or papadoc?

I was referring to papadoc.

The son was just a figurehead.

A fat, lazy, cretin, pervert, qui se prelasse! (whom I have met by the way) Haiti should request all that money back and redistribute it. If each Haitians received one million worth of US dollars from babydoc account they are so resourceful as a people that maybe the country will undergo a dramatic change overnight.

I am not being naive here. There are only 8million people in Haiti and babydoc is living it up on some reported 200 million dollars worth.

Maybe Preval can do some poverty repair by distributing a certain percentage of funds received from the international community.

I say give each Haitian citizen a check and redistribute the land.
