about the service transport of Service Plus why you let the Service goes down like that where I see many desordes in service system in leogane there is one Bus who park there longtime ago why?

tell me ...then again the usine darborne why we cannot have a reseau 'electricity inleogane where the population of this commune can live better and have peace with the mosquitos who give filariasis and elephantiasis where many persons suffers malaria fever and cannot sleep at night because of heats and maringouins bother the population where no one have done nothing about that because the minister of social affaires and the minister of health those instances do not existed they just pretending there but doing nothing to help the population in their needs
